Mcdonald's - Sioux Center

I don't understand why I paid extra for an online order when I still had to wait in a long and slow drive through line to pick it up. Not only did it not save me any time or money, but when I finally got my food, it was cold. What a waste! This is completely ridiculous.

Using the online app was a frustrating experience as I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru line because they do not offer curbside pickup. This was inconvenient as I had to be moved forward in line to receive my order.

McDonald's is the worst. They always get my order wrong and seem to only be open when they feel like it. The lobby is open some days, but rarely in the evening. The staff is usually rude. I could continue listing the problems, but what's the point? Nothing will change!

Would not have had her deluxe crispy huh not like the best quality it will never have again it was so crispy that you could hardly bite it

Store hours change everyday ... I've stopped here 4 times and lobby is closed constantly.. me as a truck driver and many other I have told not to stop due to the constant changes ... Getting too hard to find a place to eat ...very sad
