Urban Roti (syed Alwi Road) - Singapore

Good food, especially vegetarian dishes. #SaturdayDoneRight. Cost is on little high side, From starters to desert it will take roughly 100SGD. Overall good quality &tasty food. I definitely recommend people to visit.

I've dined here a few times now. Restaurant is directly opposite Mustafa Centre. Extensive menu of starters and mains, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Food takes a while to arrive, but is always piping hot. I recommend trying their missi roti, which is a spicy flatbread.

They literally served us in pressure cooker @kukkad in Kukkad (Cooker).

The food at this restaurant is surprisingly good. The mini kebab platter was well-prepared, and both the Dal Makhani and Veg Kohlapuri were quite flavorful. While the naan and rotis felt a bit pricey, we opted for the bread basket at 18, which offered excellent value for money. I also appreciate any Indian restaurant that provides complimentary onions and achaar; that earns them points in my book. However, the ambience leaves something to be desired, especially the area near the restroom, which felt cramped and not very clean. Still, the service was decent, and the food makes it worth a visit.

The butter chicken was delicious, with tender and flavorful chicken. The black lentils in the dal makhani were equally tasty. The sweet lassi was thick and delightful as well. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great food!
