The taste and quality of the food are outstanding, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is perfectly paced for a multi-course meal. The space has a cozy, industrial vibe, and there’s a parking garage conveniently located just around the corner. Reservations are a must!

I had the pleasure of dining at Salted Hung on the eve of Valentine's Day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how full I felt just four courses into the meal. The total bill for two, including an add-on of Hokkaido scallops, was $428, which I found to be very reasonable given the generous portions of premium ingredients. The uni was among the freshest, creamiest, and sweetest I’ve ever tasted in my experiences at various fine dining establishments. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, enhanced by the excellent hospitality and attentive service from the entire staff. Thank you to Chef Drew and the team for making our Valentine's celebration truly memorable.

Get a counter seat if it’s available and it’s always a joy watching the chefs prepare each course. Menu changes so it’s always interesting to head back after a few months to see what’s new.

Is this the most underrated casual fine dining restaurant in Singapore? The answer is yes. Every dish is well thought out and balanced to perfection. If I could eat here every day I could. Service was nothing short of amazing. Will return many times. Thanks again
