Brookside Bagels - SIMSBURY

The bagels here are delicious. However, it looks like they may take on too much with phone in orders. We ordered in store and waited for nearly 30 minutes until they realized we were still waiting for just 2 bagels. They gave us 6 free bagels in addition to ours but I'm not sure I'd be willing to go back and wait that long for bagels in the future.

Cream cheese is consistently the best but the bagels have kind of become hit or miss. Sometimes kind of hard. Also, they’re just way too expensive!

This place deserves nothing but a 5 star rating. These are easily the best bagels in all of CT.

Every time I order delivery they say 45 minutes. Which is pretty long in the first place. I love only 3 minutes down the road and it ends up taking an hour an a half every time! When you can they give attitude and “put you on hold” ending up with you getting hung up on. Then you can back and no one answers. I have had multiple orders cold,soggy, not cooked right, forgot items, or just not right at all. This is unacceptable. Even going in and ordering they mess it up.
