I ordered using the computer and waited over 15 minutes for a cheese quesadilla and an unsweetened tea. The packaging was not very good, and they forgot the tea. When I reminded them, they mistakenly gave me sweet tea instead. The manager observed as three customers waited 15 minutes for their food but only helped themselves to a drink and sat down to eat. Overall, the customer service was not satisfactory.
After a brief closure, our Taco Bell has reopened with a completely new staff. On Wednesday night, we had an excellent experience with both the food and the service. Steven was outstanding! We've never had such amazing service at a drive-thru before! He was attentive, asked thoughtful questions, and suggested perfect add-ons to enhance our meal. We've already shared our praise for him with family and friends. We can't wait to come back again and again! Next time, I'll remember to take photos of the food—we were really hungry!
Ordered three tacos extra beef no lettuce, gave me my order without extra beef but charged me for it, sent them back. They ?fixed? my order and only gave me two tacos without the extra beef I paid for and shorted me one taco. This has happened thelast two times I?ve went and will not be going back. Threw my gift cards in the trash. The hell with Taco Bell, and they want$20 an hour but can?t fill a order slip out correctly? Just about sorry!
Lines are long there but they're open late until two am currently Sunday to Thursday and Friday and Saturday night are until three am. They gave me ample sauces and made the order right no worries even after I asked for no cheese and no sour cream theywere happy to accommodate.
