Bojangles In Founta - Simpsonville

I will not waste my time or money in any Bojangles the safety measures that are in place are not being used at any restaurant I see employees wearing sweat pants while working texting on phones not wearing gloves when making food unfortunately upper management is a joke they don't take any pride in what they do or their selves. Why is it that a well know restaurant, namely Bojangles, refuse to give customers a charge card receipt with the card number on it? So, I know that when the card is swiped, inserted, or tapped a merchant copy is produced by this action for the merchant 's records. How hard is it to just reprint the receipt for the customer if the customer desires a copy of the card transaction! The receipt shows the merchant made an honest transaction! I should be able to walk or drive away with proof of purchase!! This is a business tactic that is worth looking into!!!! 7/6/24 Thank you for responding, but this is a problem that is prevalent at all the Bojangles I visit! I have gotten a print out of the order with no card number on it taped to the bag. I 've asked for a copy of the card receipt, but was told we don 't print receipts ! I 've even been offered to have a receipt emailed to me!!! WHY!! I 'm right there at the window or counter, in person, to get a card receipt!!!! And, I don 't give my email to strangers!!! Is it because employees don 't want me to see the charge amount I 've been told!!?? I use receipts to show a record of purchase! I appreciate your offer to help, but this is something that needs further looking into.

Excellent environment, food, customer service, kind and helpful employees. Baby seats need a little adjustment to tighten out the wobbly, but it’s nice to know they have them.

Very slow at counter. Spent more time on drive through and didn't care about people at the counter.

Food is always good at this location, and they have never messed my order up. Very reliable
