Bojangles - Simpsonville

The workers here hate their lives. Stood in front of the register for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Made eye contact with several employees. Nothing. If you want good service and good food, avoid.

This Bojangles has delicious food and an extremely friendly staff which translates into a pleasant dining experience!

Not that I have high expectations for service at Bojangles, but wow, the manager on duty at this store at about 7:2opm on September 3 plumbed a new low. We placed an order on the app at about 6:30pm and got a confirmation that it'd be ready at 7:02pm. We arrived at 7:19 and were told that they hadn't yet cooked our chicken so it'd be another 15 or 20 minutes. When I began to make the point that it was promised at 7:02, this guy cut me off and became quite belligerent. He then walked away. When I pointed out that his staff being really busy wasn't my problem, he threatened me. When I asked for a refund, he told me that since I didn't pay the store, the store couldn't refund me. As much as I love Bojangles' chicken, I suspect that it will be a very cold day in hell the next time I walk in a Bojangles store.

I came here on 08/25/2023, every time I come they act like they don’t know what a vegetable plate is. It’s four sides and a biscuit, but today they added HAIR in my food, in the dirty rice. I’m throwing the rest of it away. Ridiculous.

So, I went through drive thru and asked the young man at the window how long has the chicken been up and he stated it just came up..I placed my order and got home and the chicken is old! One piece marginally fresh with 2 very old pieces...not sure WHY he felt like he needed to lie, but this order is going back for a refund and I will be contacting Corporate office... already been food poisoned before...
