フィードバックを提供するIt’s hard to hate Kentucky Fried Chicken, especially with how delicious the food tastes, and how well known it is across the country. However, when your patience runs dry thanks to awful service and a messy establishment, it’s hard to offer praise to something that in reality really should deserve it. So a couple months back, I started going to this restaurant for a change of pace for lunch. The more I went, the more I got to see first hand how terrible the service actually was and I’ve run out of patience dealing with it, hence this review. At the point where every visit has some sort of screw up, it’s really discerning. Whether it be marking an order for takeout when it wasn’t, leaving the lobby a mess with multiple dirty tables, or even screwing up the food in the order. I’ve had a number of screw ups that in honesty could be ignored if it were a first or occasional visit, but on such a continuous basis is ridiculous. What’s interesting to note about this place is that it’s a dual establishment, serving both KFC and A&W Burger food from their menu. This is probably hands down the biggest problem the place has, because as you reach the register, you are greeted with a wall of text that’s impossible to navigate. It isn’t organized well so it may take a while to make up your mind unless you cave in and just pick a number. Your food then becomes a hodgepodge of both the franchises because you’re served A&W cups even if you order KFC food. Or if you’re unlucky, you order KFC combos expecting to choose KFC sides but get stuck with A&W fries served tasteless and cold. Overall, just a really shoddy mess of a restaurant that isn’t worth going to on a frequent basis. UPDATE 4/18/09 – I got word that there were new changes and stopped by recently to discover the menu is slightly fixed up. It’s still a huge wall of text but at least it’s organized a little better. Service also appears slightly improved. Word of advice regarding parking – This place sports a poorly designed parking lot and drive-through, which when overflowed, can prevent you from leaving if you parked and ate inside.
