Always have a good coffee from here really like the owner

Owner is absolutely rude as can be. She picked a fight with my husband in the drive thru , snarkey attitude and zero class.

My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the the coffee, Kel’s kickstart truly has great options and great coffee! My favorite by far is the chais. My reason for low rating is unfortunate actually, the employees the owner hires are absolutely great but every single time I come in and the owner is working she is terribly rude. I tried to pay with my PayPal card, and it declined and she said “uh, declined?” And made a face handing it back to me. I asked her if they didn’t accept PayPal and she responded with something about visa, I didn’t hear so I clarified with her asking if they didn’t accept PayPal. She responded “I just said it was a Mastercard and we don’t accept that” okay.. so why didn’t she tell me before? Or just say we don’t accept it when she saw it? It’s a two lane drive through as well, there was 3 cars on one-side and none of the other. I thought maybe one side was closed so when I pulled up, I asked her if I should pull around and she said “why would you do that?” I said I just didn’t know if this side wasn’t open or what and that I just didn’t want to overwhelm her. She said “I have been doing this 25 years honey I’m fine”. Everytime I come in I make a effort to be kind, I tip everytime, and like I said they have the best chais ever. But the fact that the owner is very rude everytime I come here honestly completely ruins it for me. She yells “have a good day “ as I drive away to make up for it and it just doesn’t work that way. I probably won’t come back after this morning because I’m so tired of it.
