So Chill Eat - Siloam Springs

Messed up my order. Acted like they could care less when I called. Way over priced. No rice that was supposed to come with my order. Was takeout Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered pho and it smelled great but when it got to eating, the “broth” tasted like warm tap water, ruined my dining experience and just wanted to eat quickly and leave.

I really don 't understand all of the good reviews for this place. Mexican coke in an Asian restaurant definitely confused me. Eggrolls are $5 for 4 which isn 't bad except it 's not 4 eggrolls it 's 4 pieces so 2 eggrolls cut in half. The eggroll sauce is the weirdest thing. Literally ketchup in a bowl...... what was this suppose to be? I 've ate at a minimum of 50 Thai, Vietnamese, or Laos restaurants across the state and have never encountered ketchup as a dipping sauce. The chicken eggrolls were okay but the chicken was incredibly white almost as if it was canned chicken. It 's also a shame that every dish price listed is only the price if you don 't add protein. How is shrimp fried rice $15? Why do you show pictures of paid Thai with a fried egg for $11 but the fried egg and the protein is extra... Just to be clear I tried the pad Thai. Honestly was the worst one I 've had. I can 't express how little flavor other than soy sauce if that 's what the flavor was? I also asked for max level spiciness and it was a level zero..... the only bright spot was our waitress was nice and the SUSHI was very good. Props to whoever makes the sushi. Definitely will not be coming back Edit: since the owner wanted to sarcastically respond to an honest review. I decided to edit this Your response further more proves the validity of my review. Instead of taking any sort of criticism, you respond to make me look bad. Maybe If you put this kind of thought into your pad Thai this review would have been different. You also claimed that I wanted you to be like everyone else, when in fact that is the furthest thing from it. We should celebrate all walks of live and culture. You show me anywhere else including Asia that serves a bowl of ketchup with eggrolls and I 'll edit my review.
