This is my second time eating Rib Crib and it will be my last. I ate here last week and the dinner I ordered was meh but the okra was cooked perfectly. Today I decided to get the chicken tenders and okra thinking it's pretty hard to mess up tenders but they are burnt and hard. The okra is cooked perfectly again. I love the vibe of this place and the service my only reason for the 4 star review is that the menu is lacking these days it used to have much more variety. That aside I'll happily eat here anytime it's a wonderful atmosphere and the food is truly great for a chain barbeque place. That was a DANG food! When Texas Boy was that BBQ on the spot! The ribs were well covered by the bone and the sides were excellent. The waiting staff was attentive and very friendly. I can't wait to eat again to Siloam.

Keto diet be danged the loaded potatoes with brisket is absolutely outstanding!!!!. Note (dont eat breakfast that morning so you can finish your tater at the restaurant, they do not heat up well)
