フィードバックを提供するIt's McDonald's. The food is delicious, but it's not something you should have every day. The customer service is good, and the restaurant is clean. I feel for the cashiers who have to deal with upset customers over mistakes that stem from miscommunication. Who visits McDonald's without already knowing what they want? If you're not ready to order, please step aside!
It was lunchtime, and the restaurant was quite crowded. I ordered a Quarter Pounder, and it mainly consisted of meat, onions, and bread. The condiments, like mustard and ketchup, were barely noticeable in the center of the sandwich.
I had a bit of a mix-up with my order – the guy at the window misunderstood me, and I ended up with two Happy Meals and two extra sodas. As a result, I needed a refund for one Happy Meal and two sodas. The manager, Terri, came out to assist me, and I have to say she was extremely polite and helpful. She handled the situation very professionally, asking what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed by her concern for the issue! I will definitely be back!
