I came to Siirt just to try the Büryan, and you absolutely must visit Bahattin's before you leave. The lamb is incredible, bursting with flavor. The price is 80 TL for 200 grams of boneless meat and 80 TL for 400 grams with bones. Make sure to also try the roasted cherry tomatoes and the kaşar tea—both are fantastic. The regular portion is 100 grams for 40 TL, but you can order as much as you like. I ordered boneless for myself and bone-in for my friend, and we both enjoyed tasting each other’s dishes.
