A must for wine lovers!! Good news that I had Saturday afternoon visiting the Enoteca is that this place is about to close. The Italian Enoteca institution, the high ideal of memory of Italian wine culture, has been betrayed and outraged in many ways, in these years. Unfortunately the signs of a desirable ransom are not there. You enter and sit on the terrace, clutter with all sorts of robes, chairs, plastic gazebos and wonder: what white wines do you have, at the glass? Answer: Vernaccia or prosecco. Ah!
