So far this was the best mcdonald’s I have ever been. interesting interior concept! and the playground is so beautiful. do not ask for the food drink, they are already know. Yeah, I did my job. as designer interior they need additional keyboard

Always a good place to hang around with friends. there are more possibilities to order, and I say it's pretty nice. the health protocol is done properly. food is always satisfactory. well done!

Like all other mcdonald’s. but here the employees will bring the food/drink after the payment to them. toilet is good, the place is clean. it has drive-thru.

Mc Donald's Sidoarjo have a good service. Their waiters always give customers a bright smile and a warm greeting before the customers order some food. In addition, their waiters also pay attention to the uniform they wear so it always look neat. Mc Donald's waiters always give customers greeting with both of their hands pressed together. But Mc Donald's Sidoarjo still can't fulfill customers's request. Because sometimes, they served our order wrong. For example, we ordered for chicken breast but they served wings. If the customers need something such as tissue or something else, we can just raise our hands so the waiters know that we need help. They will come to our desk quickly to help. When the customers come, they approach us politely while asking us to check our body temperature and open PeduliLindungi application to scan the barcode. At last, we give Mc Donald's Sidoarjo four stars as the overall rating because for attitude, posture, verbal and non-verbal, it's all good. But what they still lacking are the pacing and rapport.
