Sarpino's Pizzeria Gold Coast - side

This place really needs to adopt some more professionalism. The business model seems to now rely almost entirely on selling overpriced food to drunk people late at night.

I ordered a pizza from here on 11/05/21, and the pizza never came!! I got my confirmation email, order tracker quoted me about 45 minutes, and then went by 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours.... I tried calling the restaurant to no avail. Their advertised phone number somehow transferred me to the Sarpino's West Loop location (I guess maybe their phone was turned off, and Sarpino's IT forwarded me to another? Lol). This place deserves a negative rating, but I can't do it. One hour past the estimated delivery, and we can't get an answer when we call. It's Chicago. You can easily find a place other than here to order pizza

Always comes through in the clutch. Late night work I can always order my custom calzone and it hits the spot.
