Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant - side

I’ve been to many restaurants and haven’t met some one like Nick.R Paul!! both gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience you can have while ordering takeout . I’m eat from Chili’s maybe twice a year but these gentlemen have earned themselves a regular.

Took my family for two birthdays. The food was good. My mom loved the explosion salad. I had a good chicken sandwich. My Aunt had ribs, my son had chicken. I just wanted to compliment the staff here at Deptford because my son had fainted and felt very ill and everyone was caring and very nice. They gave him ice and apple juice and water and kept asking how he was until he felt ok to leave. It was very appreciated and I was so grateful. Thank you

Appetizer amazing but the burger was blah it was flat on taste and it was a bacon cheese burger fries very cold

Don't come if your by yourself. Took over 14 minutes just to be asked what I wanted to drink, then when I finally ordered my skillet queso I got the nachos but never received the skillet queso, as I got up and walked out, because I wasn't about to waste the munchies on this , my waitress who had told me my queso would be right out was laughing it up socializing. I still don't get why it took almost 15 minutes just to order water

I went to this location with my partner and daughter On a Thursday after work. We were seated but never greeted by a server. Time went by, and I made eye contact With a server several times. A couple was seated after us and the server immediately went to their table to get their drinks orders. Eventually, the manager walked by and asked if we had been waiting a while. He took our drink orders and said he would get us a server. He brought us our drinks but the server never came walking past our table. As a woman of color with loc’d hair I can’t help but feel like the server chose not to serve us due to our identity. My family and I opted to make a complaint and leave.
