When we visited, we found having bad customer services. I sent them to my complaint by e-mail and they did not even recognize them.

Excellent service and always with a smile. good choice of Lite bites, everything is very expensive. comfortable relaxing atmosphere with a round view of the climbing areas. highly recommended.

The coworkers of the sky lounge are lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere in the caffe is great! the coffee tastes amazing and is very affordable. there is even a small playground, as well as a small climbing wall that is great to keep the children entertained while they drink their coffee! we had a great time, would highly recommend.

Upon visiting, we experienced subpar customer service. Despite emailing our complaint, they have yet to acknowledge it.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and always comes with a smile. They offer a good selection of light bites at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, with views of the climbing areas all around. I highly recommend it.
