Arki's Fish - Shropshire

Visited on a Saturday evening early. Decided on the Chicken tikka kebab in a tray with salad and chips, it was lovely, no complaints fresh salad. Clearly a good chip shop judged by the queue of people. Food mostly appears to be cooked to order, which is brilliant, so no soggy batter here.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and found the food to be very greasy and overcooked. The worst part was the rude and abrupt customer service staff. It seemed like they were more focused on fulfilling Just Eat delivery orders than providing good service to customers dining in. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Oh my god, how is this place even called a chip shop? It should be called a grease shop because it makes you feel ill. I remember last month having a bad experience here, but I decided to give it another chance today thinking they couldn't mess up something as simple as cooking chips. But good lord, this place is terrible.

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. After waiting for over an hour and a half for our order and calling three times (each time waiting a long time for them to answer), we were fed lies about a sick driver causing the delay. When I mentioned that they had told me 20 minutes ago that the order was on its way and had not mentioned a sick driver before, I received a dismissive response. I am appalled by their lack of concern. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Popped in for a quick snack, everything was very well priced and the food was amazing with so many options. Vest battered sausage and cheesy chips!! Highly recommend this place.
