Mcdonald's - Shreveport

For fries and tee. Both were perfect. the fries were fresh and hot and the tee sweet and cold with extra ice as ordered. it took a while to get our food, but I know the places are short and I agree.

The food was hot and served promptly. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The restaurant is a good place to dine, but sometimes the food leaves something to be desired. Be cautious when placing an order as the staff can be sensitive to criticism. Child-friendly atmosphere, the staff are generally friendly.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 quarter pounder meal, and a 10-piece nugget. It took 7 minutes to place my order and another 38 minutes to receive it. This is unacceptable. Manager, please improve your staff.

They took so long to get my food, I had to be thru for at least 10 in the laufwerk. You have to get better employees working faster.
