フィードバックを提供するThis is by far one of the best German restaurants in the state! The food brought me back to my childhood of grandmother’s food and the sauerkraut is amazing!!! Evil is very friendly, nice to see an owner so integrated into her restaurant! I wish I could give this facility 10 stars. We will do the hour and half a ride much more often after we found this jewel!
The food, 700-year-old beer, music, and decor take you outside Shreveport-Bossier to Germany. This is the gyro meat salad
The restaurant is currently closed for renovations and is set to reopen for Oktoberfest 2019. I had planned a birthday party there, and many patrons were disappointed to find it closed. It was evident how let down they were. I didn’t understand their frustration until I tasted their food—it's absolutely fantastic! This is a large family-run establishment, and I highly recommend visiting in October to check out the renovations and, of course, to enjoy the amazing food.
This is a restaurant you’ll want to revisit. They have a fantastic menu filled with German favorites. I tried the #3 carving with gravy, mushrooms, potatoes, and sweet red cabbage, and the meat was incredibly tender. The service was excellent and very family-friendly.
This restaurant may not look like much from the outside (yes, they've relocated), but the food is simply incredible! Everything is cooked to perfection, and the portions are very generous. The service is warm and efficient. I highly recommend trying the Jaeger Schnitzel, Rotkraut, Gurken Salat, and of course, the famous Nutella Crepe. Make sure to sample one of their authentic German beers while you’re there! This is one of my favorite spots in Shreveport-Bossier.
