フィードバックを提供するThe food is really good, the service is really good. I like this place. The only critique I have is that the 2nd time I went the restaurant had intoxicated people being loud. So, dont let drunk visitors ruin your business. I have seen many Hispanic restaurants where they allow intoxicated people stay too long, because they buy beer and alcohol, which in return ruined their business image. This led these businesses loose family oriented customers and couples no longer wanting to go there because they didnt like the atmosphere. Consequently, they had to close because they werent making enough. Recommendation: Stick to family oriented customers, if you want intoxicated customers split your business in two; a grocery and a bar.
The best Pollo a la Brasa I 've had in the Seattle area, no contest. The owner was friendly and the service was great. If you are looking for Peruvian food you definitely have to stop by (and this is coming from a Peruvian).
Totally surprised and enthusiastic. The Causas appetizer (baked potatoes with chicken salad) is amazing, the roasted rice was excellent (we went chicken). And the paw cake was better than anyone I had in Seattle. We're back and forth as we know. The best Peruvian food I had outside Peru.
The food was great, portion sizes large, big owners. From south of Miami, FL, I had my fair share of Central and South American foods. I'm also a cook and a food snob. This place is legit in every way. Make it a point to come here and try everything out. I promise you will not be disappointed (unless the only things you know about Hispanic Food are Taco bell or Tex Mex style Cantinas).
During my first visit, I tried the ceviche and returned for the jalea. Both dishes were fantastic and served in generous portions. The chicha morada was also very good. However, what really stood out to me were the sauces. The homemade green, yellow, and red sauces were incredibly flavorful, and I can’t stop talking about them to anyone who will listen. They actually inspired me to write this review, my first one here! I really think the restaurant should consider selling the sauces separately—I would love to use them with all kinds of dishes. Just a heads up, they do have a bit of spiciness to them, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat.
