I ordered a burger with extra meat $9.99) and fries on the side, fully aware that I was paying $5.19 plus tax for the fries. However, I was shocked at how small the portion of fries was. When I asked for a refund, the cashier refused, claiming there were system limitations, and suggested waiting for the manager, who she said would arrive in an hour. I chose not to wait and reluctantly accepted the undersized fries. To the franchise and restaurant owner: just so you know, 10 pounds of golden potatoes cost only $6 at Costco. It’s no surprise this place was empty. I will not be returning to Burger7 after this experience.
