Kfc - Shippensburg

Many KFCs in the southern Midwest are quite disappointing, but this one stands out as a gem among them. However, it's worth noting that they still do not offer dine-in service at the time of this review.

The extra crispy chicken was delicious. However, the original chicken pieces were quite dry and extremely small, measuring only about half the size you would typically expect.

As soon as I arrived, I was asked to pull up to the window. Upon doing so, they requested that I turn off my truck so they could hear my order. That was fine, but when I tried to place my order at the window, they informed me that I couldn't do that. Instead, I had to drive around and get back in line! I’m disappointed and will no longer be a regular customer.

I'm not sure how they've done it, but they managed to screw up my order every single time I've gone there. And the thing is, I usually stop there before work when it is super busy, so going through the drive-thru for 20 minutes again to fix it is not anoption. The customer service there is pretty trashy as well. Not outright rude, but incredibly cold and ignorant, as if I'mwasting their precious time. It's a shame really, because I enjoy the food that they manage to prepare properly. I don't thinkI'll ever be stopping there again.

Never a complaint from me when it comes to KFC! this establishment is doing pretty great on the food side of things but as for the service, I am not impressed. My mother came through the drive thru just the other day to get food for the family and have asit down meal together but to our surprise there wasn't the correct amount of chicken in the bucket and some how we ended upwith coleslaw even though we ordered mac and cheese as our side. I/m not usually one to complain about things so minuscule butmy mom didn't have mush to eat and so I felt bad about that.
