Kathy's Deli - Shippensburg

I've always known their food was exceptional; the red potatoes are a family favorite, and the cranberry-glazed stuffed chicken breast was ideal for our autumn-themed wedding menu. They took our suggestions for a seasonal dessert table and elevated it beyond our expectations. Today was my first time dining at Kathy's with a small group for lunch. The staff were very friendly, and they offered a nice variety of homemade entrees, sandwiches, specialty snacks, and some appealing soups. My hot sandwich was delicious and satisfying! It’s a charming spot for a great lunch!

Kathy and her team are incredible! We hired them for our wedding on August 25, 2018, and everything was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the staff was even more impressive. Guests have been raving about the food for two weeks! When we took our seats at the head table, the ladies had already placed our appetizers at our spots. When I accidentally spilled my fruit and veggies, they were quick to bring me a replacement.

The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly in a laid-back atmosphere. I tried the cabbage roll, which was delicious, and the broccoli salad, which was also very tasty. I created my own salad as well, and it turned out great. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

I tried a hot sandwich, and it was both delicious and generously filled. It's a lovely spot for a fantastic lunch!
