Colina De Oro - Shingle Springs

I absolutely love this place! It's quickly become my favorite spot for Mexican food. Everything I've tried, from the icy drinks to every dish, has been delicious. Highly recommend!

Great service and yummy authentic Mexican. Husband had the Chili Verde burrito and I had the fajita one!! Will definitely be back!!

Waitress said ill be right back when i tried to ask for the water i already ordered. ten mitnutes later i wrotethis review waterless. She was rude and unhelpfull. This place blows. Not recommended at all

Not bad. We visited towards the end of their service, and while the experience didn’t really wow us, that was fine. I was just hoping for something more authentic.
