McDonald's - Sherwood

The service at this restaurant is abysmal. Customers are not acknowledged by the staff, who do not smile or seem enthusiastic about serving guests. Wait times are excessive, and the employees appear disorganized and clueless. Overall, it was a truly awful experience. Even the complaint number displayed on the wall did not respond to any complaints.

I had a quick meal, but my order was missing something.

I have had good experiences at this place in the morning for years, but I had a terrible experience at lunchtime. The manager on site was exceptionally rude and told me not to come back, so I won't. Other issues in the past have been resolved quickly. They need a new manager at this McDonald's.

I stop eating at this facility last year when I saw they drop my food on the floor, put it in the bag and try to give it to me. like a good man when they send me there, I was gone. Today is the last straw! They constantly get my wife and children's order wrong! And then Will argues with you about the delivery of spices. I don't know anyone who can eat a 10-piece chicken nugget with just a diving sauce. But yes, we should pay them $15 per hour?

Come here most every day for lunch. Good service and kind workers. I've not had an issue from here ever
