Taco Bell - Sherman Oaks

I waited in the drive-thru for 37 minutes, with no movement for the last 15 minutes. There were 5 cars ahead of me. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They should consider replacing their night team, as it takes them 10 minutes per order, which is unacceptable during drive-thru hours. This lack of efficiency is incredibly incompetent.

The Covid-19 restrictions have lifted significantly, allowing me to finally visit this restaurant for the first time since 2019. It is located in a beautiful setting, but the prices are a bit higher compared to most Taco Bell locations in Los Angeles.

This is not one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants on earth. Firstly, it is never busy enough. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 5 cars ahead of me, before I gave up and drove away. Only 1 or 2 people were inside and their actions could hardly be considered working. It appeared as though they were extras from "The Walking Dead". The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. Taco Bell should consider closing this embarrassing establishment to cut their losses.

Through the way, not busy, there was no line in front of me at all. I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups and they were both cold with the comminuted cheese still shredded, not melted in the least! extremely disappointing, cold feed to be served, especially if it is as easy as cheese in a tortilla.

This is my personal favorite Taco Bell in my neighborhood! They have positive vibes, fast service and they Rock!
