El Pollo Loco - Sherman Oaks

I honestly was so impressed with the service and food here at this location that I had to write a positive review. I hadn?t gone to El Pollo Loco in ages but had always enjoyed their meals. I was a bit skeptical with some of the reviews and the long line I noticed, however, there was nothing else open so I decided to stay. I was blown away at how well the team worked together and got the orders done expeditiously! There had the a line of 10 cars at the drive through and 7 people in front of me inside but the staff was super organized, professional and friendly! More impressively was the fact that they were all teenagers working there, so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism!

The Pollenloko restaurant or the food is great. The manager on the 13th. July 2020 at 11:45 was, is terrible, has a long time to do with him, he had baf posture.

I loved this place. Most food was good. My order was so bad. I went inside and asked for my money back. Overcharged and not food I ordered. Also charged fir something I didn?t get. I?m done here. Shame

Double Chicken Tostada Salad was amazing as always!! My favourite item in the menu. The chicken is the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very clean. I ordered the app and mine or was ready to go when I got there. Very recommended

For the first time ordered online because of an action they ran. I found the app a little difficult in the function. While there are many options, they don't matter if who needs to fill them, the selection does not read. A few were left out of the order. It won't lead me to stop going there, just go to the restaurant to pick up instead of using the ride.
