The experience was terrible. My husband and I drove across town for our weekly visit only to find stale, dry food. To start, the MOD on duty is the managers son that has no business being there. He doesn 't care if the customer is happy or not, and smarts off to the customer if you complain. For the 2nd week, there was none of the timberland chili. I asked the female manager which we love and she did not know. She called the MOD over and he said they had changed it out. I responded that we 've driven from Aurora for years because I love that chili. His response, to bad, we don 't have it now. That was just the beginning. Not only does this guy do nothing but walk around with his baseball cap on and talking on his phone, but he doesn 't check the food at all. We arrived shortly after 1:00. After I couldn 't get my chili spaghetti for my meal, I walked around to see what was next. There were 4 pieces of fried chicken. An hour later, the same 4 pieces were still sitting there. Not only was there no spaghetti, but there was penne pasta in it 's place that was all dried out. Obviously no one found that a good substitute forspaghetti. Next, you haven 't had any cotton candy in forever. Next the container of banana pudding looked like kids had been playing in it. All if this was last Thursday at 1:00. Food should have been fresh and piping hot, not dry and stale. None of the food was such. We 're not sure we 'll drive across town again. We do have one in Aurora, but have always preferred yours. Might I remind you it 's chili season, not the time of year to get rid of it and spaghetti noodles. You do have spaghetti sauce which I don 't like, but what good is it without spaghetti. Get it together or you 'll lose the more customers. Obviously the kid manager left in charge doesn 't care.
