DT Bistro - Sherbrooke

I had an absolutely delicious pasta dish and an equally delicious piece of cheesecake, so I have to say, their food is incredible! It was a little loud, because we were eating inside, but once we asked the waitress to turn down the music, she immediately obliged. Service was great and prompt, and the restaurant itself was extremely clean and modern. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by!

DT Bistro is a restaurant to discover in Sherbrooke (PQ)! The chef-owner (Dominic Tremblay) is known for another top gourmet address in the Eastern townships (Café Massawippi). The "Beef Bavette", served with a choice of sauce, and the grilled salmon were both very good. The service was excellent.

Nous étions deux couples qui avons été manger au Bistro DT.Le service était excellent Le vin que nous avions choisi,nun Zinfandel était très bon et accompagnait très bien les bavettes que trois avaient choisi. La cuisson était bonne mais j'aurais aimé qu 'elle ait été mieux saisie, avec de belles marques car elle était grise dans l'assiette La personne qui a choisi les pétoncles a été quelque peu déçue du plat en général. Sinon c'était très bien

OK, ce burger n'est pas donné, mais sérieusement, c'est un régal total !!! L'ambiance de ce resto est décontracté, un peu bruyante tout de même, mais le service est agréable. Réservation fortement recommandée !!

We were two couples at DT Bistro on a Saturday evening in April. There were at least two groups celebrating birthdays, which made for a loud evening!The food and service at DT Bistro were excellent. Members of our group had hamburgers, the club sandwich and the salmon and were all quite content.The server (Geneviève) was friendly and helpful. The service was rapid and efficient.
