Panera Bread - Sheppard Air Force Base

Food is always great. Love being able to order at the kiosk and have to talk to or deal with anyone. Now they have taken all the drinks away from the kiosk (I assume because of theft? and you have to wait until you get your food to get a drink cup? Even Taco Bell and McDonald's let's me sit and enjoy my drink while I wait on my food. Tried to get our drinks from the girl at the register and was told no, we had to wait and get them at the window with our food? Please staff the kiosk or put a camera above it, everyone there is paying with a card, no cash....if they take a drink and don't pay, charge them. Put it in your terms and conditions and make everyone acknowledge it on the first screen when they order. Stop punishing your paying customers and sip club members. Do better Panera.

I love Panera and used to eat there all the time. I remember when Pick 2 was actually a good deal. This Panera is clean and well kept but the service and food are lackluster. Had to order at the kiosk instead of an actual person to ask questions. Kitchen staff wasn't knowledgeable and unfocused on customer service. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. All in all and ok experience but nothing like they used to be. Sad.

Got some flat bread pizza and a sour dough bread bowl. Great food, clean establishment, friendly staff.

Just got a mouthful of cilantro which I am not a fan of. Wife picked something out for me saw the teriyaki bowl. Not sure if it didn't have a description or she didn't read it. While I hate cilantro I am more disappointed with portion size based on price paid. Just not worth it for me even if it was something I wanted.

We were going to purchase some fresh baked bagels this afternoon. They would not sell to us. We were told they are for tomorrow's customers. They only sell day old bagels.
