Papa John's - Shepherdsville

We were on our way back home from Louisville and decided to stop for some food along the way. We saw this place in the parking lot and placed our order since we all stayed in the car. I picked up the order, and everything was great—nothing was overcooked or unfinished. The service was excellent as well.

I really love Papa John's! There's often a 20 or 25% discount voucher available online, just a code to use! Their pizzas have plenty of toppings, the customer service is excellent, and the delivery is quick!

The New York pizza was delicious. I would give it a 5-star rating. However, my experience took a turn when I called to place my order from abroad. Unfortunately, it was a definite no. I appreciate the effort involved in making this work, but it seems there's a considerable gap in service when ordering from outside the U.S.
