Riverdale Diner - Shelton

Great place! Good service and food. A little pricey but portions are very generous. Will definitely be back. Update: Finally got here for breakfast. Coffee was good. The Belgian waffle was perfect-fluffy and tasty. My SO had the sausage gravy biscuitand eggs which he said was very flavorful. Once again a little pricey but portions are generous and service was great!

Average place. Came to 21 dollars including tip for one for the big breakfast. Home fries were salty and mushy. Sausage and bacon appeared dry as if cooked previously and reheated. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for more than a quickbreakfast.

Took Wifey Sis to dinner. Service was EXCELLENT, friendly helpful. Not too crowded on early Weds evening. Food was hot, fresh and yummy. Excellent choices on menu, OUTSTANDING made on premises cheesecake! Prices more than reasonable. If you're in town, stop by!

Diner's are great for their turkey club... But Riverdale makes the best worth every penny and they out shine any other diner... Just try it and you'll understand what i mean... It's now my go to club sandwich...

They never disappoint. The food is better than it has any right to be for what they charge, the portions are generous, and the people working there are absolutely lovely. Best diner in Shelton, for sure.
