New China Buffet - Shelbyville

We think this is the best Chinese buffet in the area. We eat here two or three times a month.

As with any buffet, it's best to visit when there are plenty of customers to ensure fresh food. The food here is decent, offering the basics, but there’s no peanut butter, which is a bit disappointing. I also tend to skip the desserts.

This is a standard Chinese buffet. The food is quite good, although the selection isn't very extensive. They feature traditional buffet staples, sushi, and a large table with various seafood items, including shrimp, oysters, and I believe I've spotted squid tentacles as well.

I had a lovely dining experience. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the service was excellent.
