Yen Ching Chinese - Shelbyville

I was extremely impressed by the food at this restaurant. It is truly exceptional.

The restaurant's food has changed. I have been a patron since around 2000, and the new owners/managers have made some changes to the recipes (and not for the better). The food is not terrible, but it doesn't compare to the quality it used to be under the previous ownership/management. Despite this, it still outshines any other Chinese buffet in the area. However, I no longer feel compelled to make a long drive to dine here as I once did. It's unfortunate, really.
