The Q, Llc - Shelby

Moved from the Carolinas recently where BBQ restaurants are plentiful and good. I was surprised to see this little place tucked into Shelby I was worried the only good BBQ was south of the Mason Dixon line. Stopped in for lunch grabbed a pulled pork sandwich and had the spicy sauce, on the side as it should be. Pork had good smoke flavor and was pulled apart well. Now in the South if you are having a meal you had better have a good Mac and cheese to go along not boxed junky. This Mac and cheese was well put together, tasted and appeared to be made in house. It was a great place to eat. Cannot wait to get back and get some more food.

This is my 1st time ordering from this establishment and probably will will be my last everything had a refrigerated taste of other things it didn't taste like it should it just wasn't very good the brisket that we got was dry just wasn't very good at all.

This was my 1st time at this business. As a person can see from the stars, I am very impressed with the food and will be returning. I ordered the pick 4 so I could decide using a variety of meats. I had ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and brisket. I also purchased coleslaw.... loved it ! Business open for take out with just a couple tables. I'd highly suggest you stop and vice driving by like I have since they opened. Service: Take out
