Their hours aren't consistent—Google says they open around 11:30 at door 12, but they don't actually open until they feel like it. I understand there can be staffing issues, but it's frustrating to mislead people about their service hours. On the bright side, the food is what you would expect from a small casual spot, and when the employees are there (if they are actually open), they are friendly. However, it's probably best to go for a delivery order, as they seem to prioritize those until they finally decide to open—who knows when that might be. Visit at your own discretion.
This place is a disaster. The staff seem completely lost and are constantly arguing with each other. I ordered my pizza ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes in the store to get it. My advice? Stay away from this poorly managed place. I was given one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they charged me a higher amount. Really? They need to get their act together—it's clear no one knows what they're doing.
The quality can be hit or miss. The kids enjoy it, but it seems like there isn't much care put into the placement of the pepperoni, and the dough is a bit flat. Still, for $6, you can't expect too much.
Great service could not ask for a nicer counterpart I wished they had more lunch, but what I got was good. You can't go wrong with pizza at lunch. Richmond is still by far the best. Butter cheese crust baby.
Evan took care of me when I got a hot ready. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Will definitely continue going to this location.
