Twisted Fresh - Shawnee

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The food arrived quickly, and Brian was particularly helpful and kind.

I have only visited the Twisted Fresh location once, and it rarely fails to impress. My only issue is that the staff can seem irritated when you have specific requests. I know it can be frustrating dealing with picky customers, but I feel bad asking for a little extra honey aioli! However, overall, this restaurant is amazing and the staff always cooks my food perfectly. Be sure to try the Cajun chicken tacos with honey aioli on the side - you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love the Mahi Mahi tacos at this restaurant. However, my only issue is that they used to be generously topped with aoli sauce years ago. Recently, they have decreased the amount of sauce on the tacos significantly. This change was quite noticeable and my brother and I realized that the taste was too fishy for our liking without the proper amount of aoli sauce. It seems like the restaurant cut costs by providing less sauce on the tacos and offering additional aoli sauce in a small side container for an extra charge. It's disappointing that they were perfect before and now require an additional cost to make them just right. However, I am still willing to pay the extra price. It appears that Twisted Fresh is trying to cut back on expenses like many other businesses due to rising supply costs.

I went to twisted fresh one day it was a bad day until I tasted the fresh and amazing food. Staff was very nice and hardworking. The restaurant was very clean. And bonus the Zapps chips were amazing I recommend if you get a combo get the Zapps voodoo style kettle chips. I will for sure come back!

Super friendly staff with excellent service. The 4-alarm chicken was amazing and my wife loved her Thai wrap as well. Bonus that they’re one of the only places around with Zapp’s chips. Not sure where some of these other reviews get off, but everything was great and it’s a million times cleaner than chipotle down the street. Will definitely come back!
