Starbucks - Shawnee

I've stopped ordering my favorite coffee because it's become nearly undrinkable—unless I'm lucky enough to have the one barista who knows how to make it correctly. I've tried diversifying my orders, but the drinks still don't turn out right. I know how they should taste and what should be in them since I only order a few specific ones. Today, I ordered two drinks for $15, one of which was supposed to have dried fruit to enhance the flavor. I placed the order through the app, but when I went to pick it up, the fruit was missing. When I asked about it, the staff just looked at me and said they were out. It would have been helpful to know that beforehand, especially before I spent $7 on the drink. The Shawnee Starbucks just isn't the same anymore.

The Starbucks in Shawnee, OK has really declined lately. The line is constantly wrapped around the building, and there's never enough seating inside. I waited 45 minutes today just to get an iced green tea. There’s a high turnover of staff, and the quality of the drinks isn't what it used to be. The Borden milk tastes sour, and the place is quite dirty, with flies buzzing around everywhere.

Won't go back, I have been to Starbucks in 5 states and this was not even funny. I ordered dark roast expected a pour over and with the wait in line 15 mins after my already 20 didn't think it would be an issue. Got to window like I said 15mins after order and they said they don't serve it after 10..yes I know thus the pour over. Nope I got cold pikes peak..yes cold. So waited total 40 mins for cold coffee. Not happy at all. The two other drinks where the same.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had. The bathrooms were without toilet paper and soap. The cappuccino I got was only 3/4 full and the service was poor.

Wonderful staff. I've always loved Starbucks and I am born in California. Starbucks is like Amazon. Very neat and friendly people doing the most of their job! Thanks a lot for making me happy so early in the morning! I really appreciate you guys!
