Outstanding Tex-Mex in Shawnee! The Monterrey chicken was perfectly marinated and generously topped with Monterrey Jack cheese. The rice was flavorful and simply delicious. The sopapilla was fair. Another highlight was that each guest received their own individual salsa and queso to enjoy with the chips at the start of the meal. I would highly recommend this place!

We visited the town for the balloon festival but didn't want to spend 45 minutes waiting for festival food. After a quick search on Google, we stumbled upon this restaurant, and it was definitely worth the unusual drive through some dark back streets. The birria tacos were absolutely delicious, and the other tacos, along with the rice and beans, were also fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable.

The food here is truly authentic, which I absolutely love. Although we received a bad batch of salsa during one visit, it was much better the next time, which is understandable given the nature of authentic cuisine. Anyone who enjoys genuine homemade Mexican food will really appreciate this place! It's not Tex-Mex or that On the Border style; it's the real deal. My employer treated us to lunch, and the food was perfect. The salsa was delicious, and the cheese sauce was just how I like it!

The food is pretty good. The price is hard to beat. The service at lunch time was ok. I would eat here again. Try the spicy salsa!

Always top notch. My favorite place in town. Leo should write a book about 5 star service because that dude can run circles around most wait staff. So grateful to have them in our community!
