The food that we order took long time to deliver…more than 45 mins!!!!!!!....... The delivered food (shrimps noodles and chicken noodles) was too oily. When we complained the person who answered the phone told us that the chef is on leave.... How it is possible?…wondering how a restaurant run without a chef????.. He bang the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never recommend this restaurant at all. Wondering how the customers rate this restaurant.

Food delivery time was too delay… Food was cold condition due to delay delivery. Food packaging also not up to Mark......

Full star ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ Staffs are deserving the full stars, because of their behaviour and support to the customers especially the person who sitting in the counter and their delivery teams. Affordable price with good quality food and ambience of restuarant is also good. Go for this restuarant and try Kethel chicken and porotta..

Meals are excellent and very affordable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tried a few eateries in Al Qasmia area and always ended up coming back to Ginger House!

We keep ordering through smiles, they have quick delivery and taste of the food totally appeals the price, really affordable. Good service
