The restaurant is a real highlight!!!! Beautifully decorated, friendly in service and a great selection of dishes, even for vegans! Just had a very enjoyable sam deem sam here. Gasping for proper cup of english tea since arriving in Shanghai yesterday. Not your classic selection of nibbles no clotted cream with scones and the pickled cucumber sandwich was interesting! Great views of the Bund from the roof terrace. Not an easy place to find, entrance on the side street. Take elevator to L7. We paid circa €30 for afternoon tea set.
