フィードバックを提供するThe entrance doors were locked, but there were no signs on windows or doors that said this was closed location. So I went to the side window to ask if I could command one. I was told that I was just driving thru. When I started to go on the drive to place an order, I was stopped and told by a worker that someone would let me in to place an order. (I was on the bus this day). once in the inner was told by a worker that this wendy served only chickening, fries and drinks, because they were short personal. So I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget dress with big fries, a large frost and a bottle of water. I was also told that they didn't just fork and stray. So I asked for a fork. my order amounted to $10.08 after I left the business to sit outside to eat my meal, I noticed that I only received 9 chickensuggets instead of 10, and I received no fork or a straw for the frost. I gave two stars because the nuggets were hot and decent, and so we are the fries and frost. the service was not good.
Clean and well occupied, but when I came in, the staff was short when the person who took orders and circumvented with money, also that was a baggage. I didn't want to put an order for a meal first, but after waiting for 30 minutes to do my order, insider help began to come and the flow changed. the author has taken over only commands, the other staff has managed the rest, even the manager stepped in to pack the food. sitting area was clean, but we all ordered in the line then left.
To be honest, if I could, they wouldn't get stars and a ticket from shaker hts. the employment of the personal and des manager is terrible; such disregard for the customers. I swore I never came back, but had a late night and wanted a short trip through a sandwich. there was only 1 car in the window waiting for her order when I woke up. I waited approx. 3-4 min without answer from the loudspeaker while I just sit the hired in the first window. Finally, when the car moved away, I called into the loudspeaker without answer. about 1 min later, a torn voice comes up and I ask what was that I hear nothing until another 30 seconds and someone shouts that I don't yell at them! I apologise and tell them that I don't think they have heard me, but then they tell me theirs below and ask what that means and they're sneaking at me that they don't take orders anymore. they let me sit there all the time and that wasn't passed on to me as soon as I went on? when I asked why they didn't let me know immediately, I said that I wasn't wise with me in such a belly, unrespectful way that I was totally taken back and met speechless! this place is hot chaos from top to bottom. someone has to get into a professional team to teach them courtesy and mankind. do not waste their time, there are other places to take a quick meal near.
The wendy confused my order. at this place I think they make it useful because my order is never right to order from here. Nor do they order all natural limonades because they do not tell them they do not have this, but they will wait until they pay to tell them. if they can save their money and go somewhere else.
Drive thru is the only option due to Covid-19 and it is always slow. App needs to allow customers to remove ice from drinks
