Its as Japanese as one can get with its chef Minami-san hailing from the South of Japan near Okinawa. The service is excellent and food offerings commendable. You can ask for oma-kase provided not too busy. The teppanyaki counter and sushi bar provides alternative dinings for those who desire a difference. I personally prefer the chef's counter. More happening. Try the signature garlic fried rice, or the grilled hamachi head. Highly recommended. And the chef is able to pair with sake or whiskey. Simply awesome.
