I tried this restaurant for the first time and was very disappointed with my order. I chose the Cuban sandwich, but it was not good. The ham used was clearly Oscar Meyer ham, and the slices of bread seemed to be the end pieces of the loaf. The only redeeming quality of the sandwich was the pork. The kettle chips tasted stale and did not seem homemade. To top it off, the Coke I ordered came from a can rather than a soda machine. I paid $12 for everything. The only positive aspect was the friendly service from the employee, which is why I am not giving this restaurant a one-star rating.
We waited for 25 minutes for an ice cream mixer and a milkshake. The cookie dough milkshake wasn't mixed well and tasted like plain vanilla. The chunks of cookie dough were at the bottom of the shake and kept clogging the straw. The young man working at the back window was very kind but lacked the speed and multitasking skills needed for the food service industry. He was only making one item at a time. The owners should focus on properly training their staff for busy Friday nights instead of worrying about the appearance of the building and property.
Super cute little place! Ended up stopping cause we were driving by and love our small town businesses. We love the homey environment and amazing customer service!Been here twice now, the panini 's are super tasty. Pricing is very reasonable!
The Cuban panini was amazing! The brownie sundae was even better! Such a great atmosphere and so relaxing! Highly recommend checking this place out!
