Val's Seafood Trattoria - Sewell

The menu here is quite small, but what they do well! what they do is quite a lot, seafood and pasta. or more like seafood on pasta. my companion.

When we went into the door, I could only smell, I was hungry, but that even made me hungry because it smells delicious. the personal was so friendly and so courteous. it took not long, tyler was our waiter, we brought our own bottle of wine and we ordered the seafood, two different boards. it was excellent, eating was so good, the garlic knots were delicious as the brot in the basket. we were so wasted, and so I mean full when we were there. we have already decided that we will go back on Monday to taste the pizza because it smells so good. I have seen the advertising on the table about the private parties that they do when the restaurant is closed. seriously, if I go away my sons party there, I just have to go online and check the menu of what is available. this place is amazing, the decor, the ambiente, all of it-KUDOS! can not wait to go back!

That was great. we had the Cajun soup for the day. it was great. tangy and we could taste the crab. I had the salmon on the plank with bourbonglasur. the best laugh I ever had. my man enjoyed his pasta with garnel and crumbs. my only complicity would be our server that will never be checked if we need anything. everything was served timely, but no interaction with our server. we left her a nice tipp. I wish it could be shared with the chef who made us such a wonderful meal
