I had the opportunity to come to Black Bass for a treatment with Noémie. A magician!!! Honestly, if you have a gift to give your mother (or have a gift for yourself ; don't hesitate... you can also enjoy the indoor swimming pool so don't forget your swimsuit. Thank you Noémie, we feel beautiful and rested afterwards

I only went to the restaurant which was a very good surprise. Very refined and very good cuisine. Excellent service. Very classy place.

It does not provide an experience you would expect from a 5 star hotel and here are the reasons why: 1. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I asked for one I got a broken one. So I ended up with wet hair throughout the day. 2. Since we were arriving late I called to ask for a baby cot to be set up in our room. I also wrote a comment when booking. However when we arrived there was no baby cot set up. 3. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waiter was not listening to our wine preferences at all. When we ordered a bottle and asked to keep it for the next day, they lost it. 4. The level of English was moderate. 5. We had to carry our own luggage to the Room and to the car. 6. Even though the outdoor pool was supposed to be open, the gates to the pool were locked 7. There was never someone at the spa, so we also had to go up to the reception when we had a question about treatments or the spa facilities 8. Nobody paid attention to us, poor service overall Definitely not recommended to stay here if you are looking for a 5 star hotel service

Perfect hotel with perfect facilities and view on the lake. The staff are professional and the way they are dealing with guests is reflecting their customer caring. The parking is available and free. Also, the distance to Anncy center less than 10 minutes driving.
