Mcdonald's - Sevierville

I frequent this restaurant quite a bit and, while I've had a few bad experiences from time to time, I always forgive them because it's only natural. After all, we're all human. Most of the time, I have an amazing experience—like 99.99999% of the time! The night shift drive-thru crew always makes me laugh and are genuinely great people. There might have been a little confusion with my payment today, but that could be because I usually place my order just seconds before I arrive. Most of the time, everything goes smoothly, but I understand that processing payments can take a few seconds to a minute when things get busy. I’ve been coming to this place for nine years, and I plan to keep coming back! Don’t let the negative comments from some people get you down; you have a fantastic staff, whether it’s in the morning, midday, or night!
