The broth was good, and the ingredients were very well rounded, the egg was decent (wish it was cooked just a tad less) and they didn’t have any japanese red pepper powder and I was given a stainless steal European spoon (that really disappointed me). Ild give it a second try for sure. Ambiance and design was pleasant. Staff was very attentive.

Doesnt seem to be a ramen restaurant. Same broth in all bowls, terribly bland and not tonkotsu or any of the other flavors we should've experienced.
The food isn't so good and the chashu is very underwhelming and has no flavors. The food came undercooked
Best ramen place in Stony Brook! The cook is Japanese. Takeout is as great as dining in.
